Who we are

We are entrepreneurs who started a businesses because we wanted to spend more times a family and with our children. We have three boys – 6, 11, 12. Our business works because we absolutely love what we do and our strengths compliment each other.

Lee grew up in Lavergne and has been in the construction business since he was a teenager and has always worked for himself. He worked contract jobs for construction companies. He started out doing tile work and installing flooring, then moved on to learn more and more about the building process.

Melody grew up in Mt. Juliet and has always been a skilled administrator, paying attention to details, communication, and numbers. Once Lee and Melody met and combined his building skills with her administrative skills, a company was born.

The first home that Lee built, in 2014, was the one him and Melody live in with their three boys.

In additions to home building, Lee runs a custom cabinet shop. This was birthed out of his frustration in finding quality cabinetry. In addition to custom home building, Paradigm also creates custom cabinets for you home.

What we do

Home by Paradigm builds custom homes to suit the needs of our unique clients. We work with all types of people and create a fun and exciting experience all the way from the house plans to the finishing touches. You can see the process we walk through during the build here.

We are a unique company for 3 reasons:

1. We pay attention to detail. Solid craftsmanship is critical to us. When we build your home each and every piece of it will be built to the highest standards.
2. We stay on-trend. Trends and styles come and go. And go quickly. We constantly keep our finger on the pulse of what the hottest trends are in design, layout, color, function, and style.
3. We tend to each client as if they were our only one. Each person is unique and every home should be as well. Your home should represent who you are and we want to make sure that is exactly your experience with us.

We love helping people create their personal space – making their home feel like a home. We love seeing visions come to life and seeing the expression on people’s faces when they get to move into their living space. It’s personal.
